According to the official Prepare your documents guide, the following documents must be provided when submitting an online application:

• Research Proposal: developed with input from a supervisor who has agreed to support your application
• Resume/CV: formatted into the UTS CV template
• Proof of Citizenship
• Academic Transcripts/records
• Evidence of English proficiency
